People - it is really time to move out of California, especially LA!
On Tuesday, July 28, the Los Angeles City Council voted 12-0 to ban the possession of firearm magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Those who own them are to remove them from the city or give them up to police so the magazine can be destroyed.
California restricts the sale of standard capacity magazines (more than 10 rounds), which the state calls “large capacity.” In California and in Los Angeles it is illegal to buy, sale, manufacture, lend, give or import any magazine over 10 rounds. However, for magazines possessed before January 1, 2000, California residents may keep them.
But for those living in Los Angeles…not anymore.
Residents have 60 days to turn in their magazines or remove them from the city. Krekorian has said the new law will be enforced by the Los Angeles Police Department.

“If I ran again, I could win,” said Obama. OMG!!!!
At an address to the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, President Obama suggested that if it weren’t illegal under the Constitution, he would seek a third term.
“If I ran again, I could win,” said Obama.
He continued in his speech to explain that he loves serving, and wishes he could serve longer. He added that he thinks it’s been a pretty good year

San Fran Sheriff R. Mirkarimi has grievance filed against his directive!
The union for San Francisco sheriff's deputies reportedly is taking on Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi over the release of an illegal immigrant now charged with the murder of a young woman -- filing a complaint that slams a department policy barring communication with federal agents. The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the complaint links Kathryn Steinle's murder to a March memo that prohibited deputies from giving information about prisoners to immigration agents. The grievance, according to the newspaper, said the policy "recklessly compromises the safety of sworn personnel, citizens, and those who merely come to visit the San Francisco area." - See more at: http://americanactionnews.com/articles/sheriff-under-fire-sf-deputies-union-takes-on-sheriff-s-sanctuary-policy#sthash.td1XeaIz.dpuf
